Due to the highly customized nature of our product, we process orders promptly after payment has been received. When ordering on-line, you will be asked for your credit card information. If you wish to mail in your order, with our order form, We gladly accept money orders, personal or company checks please allow time for check clearing(10 days)for your mailed-in orders. Sorry! we do not ship on a C.O.D basis.

 

    Zip to College does not prefer to impose minimum order requirements, it will only depend upon the type, size and color of the zipper.

        All orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) at our discretion. Expedited shipping is available for your urgent needs. We can ship with UPS, by air, for next business day delivery. Additional shipping charges will apply for expedited delivery.

            Orders that are to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other destination outside of the United States will incur additional shipping charges. These higher shipping charges will be quoted to you, for your approval, prior to processing your order.

            Typically all orders are processed and shipped within 2 -3 weeks depending on the type and amount of zippers ordered. Please allow several additional days for in-transit delivery.

        Zip to College stands behind each and every zipper that we sell. All zippers are individually made based on your specific requirements. We do not stock zippers ready-made ahead of time. Zippers are not returnable for exchange, refund or credit if you misorder.

        If the zipper ever fails, we will replace the zipper at no charge. Simply contact us and we will provide you with the necessary return information. Sorry, we cannot accept any returns for items that were mis-ordered or items that are unacceptable to due to color concerns.
